How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every Jewelz Noir product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our team at the email listed on our Contact page. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that final sale items and opened products are not eligible for return.
